A proper Data Transfer will allow you to move your game data from one device to another.

It's necessary whenever you:

  • Purchase to a new mobile device and wish to continue playing on your old device's account.
  • Delete and reinstall the application

Please note that your User ID, and Email Address are required to make a Data Transfer so be sure to write them down.

You can find your User ID, and Email Address on your profile, accessible through the menu button.

In order to transfer your device data you must already have you Email Address registered to your account.
